8月22日から24日にかけて、4人のB3の学生と一緒に、御嶽にて現地調査を実施しました。天気予報は冴えませんでしたが、調査を通して大雨に見舞われることはなく、また1984年の長野県西部地震によって起こった斜面崩壊である「御嶽崩れ」の跡もきれいにみることができました。
From August 22nd to 24th, we conducted an Ontake Field Survey with four B3 students. The weather forecast said that the weather would not be good, but we never went through heavy rain during the survey. And we saw nice scenery at the place of Ontake Kuzure, which is a large-scale slope failure caused by an earthquake in 1984.
B3のみなさんの協力も得つつ、改良版の原位置試験を実施することができました。B3セミナーは室内試験と解析に続きます。
Thanks to the B3 students’ great work, we successfully (?) conducted a new version of in-situ test. B3 seminar continues into A Semester and we will conduct laboratory test and analysis.
