学部3年生向けの少人数セミナーで、火山性土の物理試験や一面せん断を行いました。
火山性土は「特殊土」に分類されるだけあってなかなか予想通りにはいきませんでしたが、受講者の3年生は実験やデータ分析をとても頑張っていました。
セミナーの最終回は恒例の焼き肉をしました。
この授業をきっかけに少しでも地盤工学に興味を持ってくれたらうれしいです。
In this small group seminar for third-year undergraduate students, physical tests and direct shear tests on volcanic soils were conducted.
Volcanic soils are classified as “special soils,” so things did not go quite as expected, but the students worked very hard on the experiments and data analysis.
I would be happy if this seminar could encourage them to be interested in geotechnical engineering.
