5/18(土)に関東地盤研合同のソフトボール大会があり、桑野研・清田研合同チームで参加してきました。コロナ禍での中断を挟み5年ぶりで、今年は千葉工業大学グラウンドにての開催となりました。
There was Kanto Softball Event on May 18th at IT-Chiba, which was the first time in 5 years. Our team was made up with Kuwano Lab and Kiyota Lab.
朝礼とラジオ体操は欠かせません
前日の肌寒さから一転、この日はとても暑かったです
全12大学13チームと中々の規模で、地盤工学関係者が関東だけでもこんなにいるのかと純粋に驚きました！
13 team from 12 universities participated the competition, I was surprised so many people were involved with geotechnics even in the Kanto region alone.
肝心の試合はというと、
第一試合：東大1 – 5中央大 負け
第二試合：東大4 – 4茨城大 じゃんけん勝ち
第三試合：東大8 – 7関東学院大 勝ち
でした。想像以上にレベルが高く、決勝トーナメントには上がれませんでした…
As for the game results,
First game: Tokyo 1 – 5 Chuo ->Lose
Second game: Tokyo 4 – 4 Ibaraki ->Win by rock, paper, scissors game
Third game: Tokyo 8 – 7 Kanto Gakuin ->Win
Sadly, we didn’t make it to the final tournament…
土の含水比を当てるミニゲームでは、彬がほぼドンピシャの92％を提案するも真下に却下され30%と答えてしまう珍事(？)も
来年は優勝カップを手に入れたいですね！
最後に、事前準備から会場設営、懇親会幹事を担当してくださった関係者の皆様に感謝申し上げます。
